Types of Rats

Norway Rat vs Black Rat – These 2 types of rats are the most common species found in the United States.

Norway rats are commonly known as brown rats or sewer rats. They usually have a grey or brown coat with a lighter underside. They are also slightly larger of the 2 species at 15-20 inches with a tail at maturity.
